Combined Picking Report Dialog


In the Picking stage of the Sales Invoice Manager the Combined Picking Report Dialog is displayed after clicking on the BtnSiPickCombined.jpg button.

The Combined Picking Report Dialog generates a combined pick sheet for all selected orders in the grid depending on the options selected, the report is ordered by:

  • Stock Code
  • Sort Order
  • Sales Order Item ID

Note: the Order By Picking Location checkbox will override the above order.

Combined Picking Report Dialog

  • Delivery Round:(Red Traffic Light Filter /Green Traffic Light Filter traffic light filter) if delivery rounds are used the user can generate a combined pick sheet just for a round. This is usually used to load a delivery van and the individual items are picked off the van at the customers' location.
  • Group By:
    • Round / Delivery Order: for each delivery round, within each preview the system displays all stock items and their totals required for that delivery round. This is usually used to load a delivery van and the individual items are picked off the van at the customers' location.
    • Round / Stock Type Type: generates a print preview for each delivery round, within each preview the system displays each section headed with the Stock Type Type (level 1) and all stock items of that Level 1 Type that need picking with their individual totals. This is usually used to load a delivery van and the individual items are picked off the van at the customers' location.
    • Stock Type Type: generates a combined pick sheet with each section headed with the Stock Type Type (level 1) and all stock items of that Level 1 Type that need picking with their individual totals.
    • Stock Type: generates a combined pick sheet with each section headed with the Stock Type (Level 2) and all stock items of that type that need picking with their individual totals.
    • Stock Code: generates a combined pick sheet with one section per stock item that needs picking with their individual totals
  • Show Back Ordered Items checkbox:
    • UNTICKED Back Ordered items will not be displayed on the combined pick sheet if they are not assigned to the order.
      Note: the system will display Back Ordered items if at least one is assigned to the order.
    • TICKED Back Ordered items will be displayed.
  • Order by Picking Location checkbox: This will sort the display order of the stock items by their location alpha-numerically in an ascending fashion based on the 'Group By' category the user selected. E.g. A items in location A-01-A will be displayed before items that are located in A-02-B assuming they are of the same 'Group By' category.
